I had my first Reiki experience with Jen recently and it was magical!! I went in not knowing what to feel or what to expect or how to feel afterwards. During my session I had an unexpected emotional outburst that needed to be released. Instead of being embarrassed for my alligator tears, Jen made me feel comfortable and at ease and let me know that I was OK. Afterwards I felt so much relief from some stress that I had been holding on to. It felt as though I was lighter, walking lighter. Free. It was like I was walking on a cloud. Jen is so good at what she does, so professional and a great bed-side manor. I highly recommend going to Jen and I am looking forward to my next session!

Soul & Energy Activation: Wow, that is all I can say! When a woman uses "wow" you know it is because there is just not another suitable word for the situation/ experience! Jen is truly the best - in all the ways! I had a session with Jen - it was a big clearing session. Spiritually I have endured quite an awakening and have felt very disconnected, not aligned. I just have not felt grounded mentally. Jen was able to quell my mind in such a way that I truly felt my being come into place at the end of the session. My brain: thinking/ feeling did not feel erratic/ disconnected. At the end of the session, I felt like I was floating, but I clearly was not. I felt so light and mentally aligned. I still feel that, now! Truly a life-changing experience.
